had the amazing opportunity to host my very own PINEAPPLE themed CLEAN EATS / MEAL PREP workshop this past weekend! what did the workshop consist of? each attendee received their very own PEGACTIVE MEAL PREP/CLEAN EATS PDF BOOKLET, ONE BREAKFAST, ONE LUNCH, TWO SNACKS AND TWO DINNER OPTIONS, AS WELL AS A SWAG BOX! it was a hands-on experience, so they each got to meal prep their breakfasts, lunches and snacks!
