I often get asked about my favorite supplements, so i'm super excited to share with you babes!

disclaimer: this is what works best for me [my body type & fitness level]. if you have any questions/concerns prior to supplement usage, please seek out advice from your physician! 
PRE-WORKOUT:
OPTIMUM NUTRITION AMINO ENERGY 
FAVORITE FLAVORS: PINEAPPLE & MOCHA CAPPUCINO. 

amino energy increases my endurance & workout intensity. improves recovery, keeps me hydrated & reduces protein breakdown. i take 2-3 scoops prior to every workout! gives me the boost I need. 

PROTEIN
although I am not plant based, I prefer plant-based protein powders. they sit well with my tummy! perfect for post-workout or a mid-day snack to keep my metabolism going between meals.  since i'm not the best in the kitchen, i generally use my protein powders with oats, in shakes, coffee, water, almond milk, you name it. anything that is easy, but delivers.

PRE-MADE ​SHAKES (PERFECT FOR ON-THE-GO) 
I generally pair protein shakes with meals or have them with bars, fruit, any type of snacks, etc.. you could totally have them solo, but they aren't super filling for me personally! if i'm not in a rush, i'll use them as a base for shakes or smoothies.

HYDRATION & POST-WORKOUT:

OPTIMUM NUTRITION GOLD STANDARD BCAAs

FAVORITE FLAVOR: WATERMELON & STRAWBERRY KIWI.
I use BCAA's during my workouts & after! I always use these while teaching at flywheel. keeps me hydrated, BCAAs help increase muscle growth, decreases soreness & reduces exercise fatigue. 

MISC. 
VITAL PROTEIN COLLAGEN PEPTIDES 
I pour this in my coffee or in shakes! you can even add it to your baking (oats, cakes, cupcakes, etc..) 
HUM NUTRITION VITAMINS

I suck at taking vitamins, so gummies make it EASY-PEASY!
