national eating disorder awareness

in honor of national eating disorder awareness week. i was reminded over the weekend that this week is national ED week. i wasn't going to touch on this subject, but God put it on my heart to. i received a very lengthy, anonymous message through my website over the weekend that broke my heart. i wish i knew who sent it, so that i could reach out + help you seek help! as my flywheel colleague, Kacey, posted today..eating disorders are SERIOUS! they should be taken seriously. i'm very thankful that #orthorexia is a thing of the past for me + i am even more thankful that it never went beyond that.

to any girl or guy that is experiencing anything related to an eating disorder, please seek help. you will not be judged + you should not be ashamed. remember that beauty comes in ALL shapes, ALL sizes. YOU are UNIQUE + BEAUTIFUL. perfection does not exist.
