What is a PROBIOTIC?

Probiotics are live microorganisms that are the same as the microorganisms found inside your Gut. These are also found naturally in food sources and supplements! 

This bacteria has several abilities; other than helping with your digestive system, they can can impact your immune system, influence the foods you eat, improve your blood sugar, and affect your hormones that regulate your appetite and metabolic rate. 



Personally, I do not take probiotics in the supplement form. I highly recommend consulting with a nutritionist or physician prior to taking that on. There are, however, SEVERAL yummy ways to have your probiotics!

  • DARK CHOCOLATE (um yes)

keeps your blood CLEAN, keeps you lean, gives you the vitamins you need to fight colds, normalizes your PH levels and HELPS YOU LIVE LONGER!
