i saw this on pinterest and had to recreate it! i really dislike the word diet and this visual is awesome!
i've been receiving messages recently asking me what my go-to snacks are..so i thought i would share a few SWEET treats i absolutely love!
if you know me well, you know that i love love love scoping out the yummiest snacks that will provide the right type of FUEL! i totally am that girl who will sneak in a pint of halo top to the movies. no shame. i definitely have more of a "sweet tooth" than a "salty tooth", so i wanted to share my go-to treats here #treatyourselfRIGHT
since my orthorexia, i have fully come to terms with the importance of allowing myself to indulge in treats of all types. (again--exactly why i now have no shame in my dessert game) there is no reason to be afraid to eat certain foods, especially dessert! everything done in moderation. it's totally a win-win when we go for desserts that provide nutritional benefits, too!
(favorite flavors: birthday cake, chocolate, vanilla bean, java chip) (favorite flavors: frozen hot cocoa, sea salt caramel)
