[I can't believe 2016 is almost here! so much has changed this year, but all of this was definitely for the best. God is so good and His timing is perfect. I am truly so blessed.
As most of you know, parastou is both a sister + best friend ;) I strive to be as wise, loving, and compassionate as she is. Even when we were growing up, she was my main person. Yes, we would fight like cats and dogs (especially when it came to which Nsync music video would be on repeat in the house....LOL), but it was all out of love. My dad even says that as a kid, I would always want to involve myself in her life and copycat what she did. How annoying, right? lol..guess not much has changed ;) She inspires me, encourages me and has helped me through my lowest points. The one thing that her and I have always had in common, is our love for having a healthy lifestyle. After seeing her go through her fitness transformation at imago, I was motivated to follow in her footsteps. About a year or so after she had completed her transformation, I finally came to the decision to reach out to Coach Huong..and I am so glad that I did!

I am beyond grateful for my journey at imago fitness. At the start of this program, many asked me why I felt the need to embark in this new adventure. Yes, I was already living a life full of fitness, but was it healthy? Not really. Spending 6 days a week on the treadmill, elliptical, stair master or any other cardio related machine was doing absolutely nothing for me. Looking back now, I didn't realize at the time how fatigued and exhausted I was. I needed change. I needed a new perspective on how a balanced, healthy and fit life should be. I needed to be challenged. Through this amazing studio and group of inspiring women, I've gained a much, much better knowledge of how fitness and healthy living should be. I may not be 100% where I would like to be, but thank God I'm far from where I was!
Imago has truly ignited my love for this and I now have the confidence to turn this passion into something! SO thankful for my imago friends who have turned into family, and especially thankful for my Coach, Huong Ho, and the imago ambassadors, Sarah Kabiling and Charlene Alcanices. These incredible women have guided me, encouraged me and inspired me to go after my dreams of helping others in this area as well.
