it's been a hot minute since i've come here to write out random things that have been on my heart. guess life has been kind of busy. BUT here i am now.. 10 days until i turn 25. i know, i know.. 25 is still considered "young", but honestly i've been feeling weird about it. growing up i thought i would be married, live in a big house, have a billion kids and be successful in my career by this age. HAH.

yes i'm going into 25 living a COMPLETELY different life than my 10 year old self had pictured, but i can't complain.
i need to TRUST and BELIEVE that God is doing an amazing work in my life.

friends, if you do not express love to yourself and how you are in the present, you will have a hard time achieving fitness goals in the future. we only have total control over our own bodies and minds. as much as we make it a priority to go for that run or to meal prep for the full week, we need to also be prioritizing self-love and activities that will provide inner peace and growth. by adopting this frame of mind, we can achieve more than we thought possible, and that is such a BLESSING. Beauties, i hope you know that you are remarkable and a peculiar treasure. You were made to be YOU, so stay strong. you are wonderful and IMPERFECTLY PERFECT.
