in honor of #transformationtuesday, i am throwing it back to my detailed post on a pretty significant part of my past...you can view more here!
recently, a friend of mine was about to share a struggle they went through for over a year. i love this friend to the moon and back, so i would never call them out. i actually asked for permission prior to writing this. before they went into their story, they apologized, they asked for me to not judge them and once again apologized after telling me. this got me thinking..why should any of us be ashamed of our past? NONE of us are perfect. humans struggle. that is life. there are so many benefits and blessings that come from keeping it real and sharing YOUR personal story..as crazy as you may think it is.
after sharing my struggle with orthorexia..i realized the following..
honestly, there are SO so so many more benefits..these are just a few.
if i can be of any encouragement to you, i encourage you to let go of what you think people will think of you. those who love you, those who care for you, those who are MEANT to be apart of your life, will support you no matter what. if anyone looks down on you for keeping it real, then...BOY/GIRL BAIIIIIIIIII
