MOTIVATION. let's talk about it....
let me start this off by saying I am FAR from perfect. trust. however, i've learned how to keep up the momentum and motivation, especially when I feel like giving up. and if I can, guess what? YOU CAN.
"Pegah, how do you stay so motivated? I wish I had that drive." I get asked this question a LOT..and my answer is always the same. PRACTICE.

have you ever kicked off a new routine, whether it was something related to your career, at school, in your fitness routine, nutrition regimen [the list goes on], find yourself doing great and deep in the “MOTIVATION, I'VE GOT THIS stage”, but then all of a sudden-BOOM! a lack of focus and a lack of drive. if so, know that you are NOT alone. we’re only human. BUT the important factor is to know that you CAN find that inner motivation to get back up again + MOVE.
here are some simple tips that have helped me overcome that BOOM in order to stay on the right track. remember that no one is perfect, so if your motivation falls back, pick yourself right back up and start again!
In those moments where you feel un-motivated and feel like giving up-remind yourself of your why. Trust me, you don't ever want to experience regret at some point down the line because you didn't follow through on something you really wanted--especially when it is of MAJOR importance to you.
